The Space Within

Take time, dear soul, to pause and breathe,

To loosen all the knots beneath.

The world will wait—just let it be,

And come back home, inside of me

In stillness, find the voice you’ve lost,

Beyond the noise, beyond the cost.

The breath, the pause, the softened gaze,

Will lead you through the inward maze.

No need to chase, no one to blame,

The winds of change don’t call your name

They stir within, they rise and swell,

A quiet truth you know so well.

To meditate, to sit, to feel,

Is how the deepest wounds can heal.

Reflections bloom where silence grows,

And roots of peace begin to show.

For when you choose to turn within,

The outer war begins to thin.

And growth will come, not loud or fast

But gently, slowly, meant to last.
